SpringArt Photo ended 2023 in the black (just barely but we did it!) We started our fine art photography business in June 2021 as a way to share Steve’s photos and build something together. We learned how to create a website, built inventory, set up point of sale, researched tents and display walls and found a studio to store it all. Had our first art fair in late 2021 and sold just 40 photos. We learned a lot more in 2022, partnered with The Hill Antique Market, attended 7 art fairs and sold 98 photos. This year we launched our E-store, continued at The Hill Antique Market, had images in 7 exhibits (2 were solo), showed at 7 art fairs, won 3 awards and sold 192 images - 2024 here we come!

7 art shows (Queeny-Spring, Queeny- Fall, Mosaics, Historic Shaw Neighborhood, Shaw Nature Reserve, John Burroughs School Unique Boutique and the Marianne Baer Holiday Home Art Show)
2 solo exhibitions (Wonders of Nature-Powder Valley Nature Center and 5-Mile Radius-Schlafly Branch St. Louis Public Library)
5 exhibits (Secret St. Louis; Hidden Gems of St. Louis, Tales by Light: a National Photography Exhibition, Air to Make You Smile: A Juried Art Exhibit, St. Louis Artist Guild Members Exhibition, Art St. Louis XXXIV, The Exhibition)
3 Artist Awards (First place for ‘hall monitor’ at the Tales by Light; National Photography Exhibition, Award of Excellence at the Fall Queeny Art Fair, and Award of Recognition at the Mosaics Fine Art Festival)
